Hollister provides full refunds for items returned within 30 days of purchase or shipping. After 30 days, Hollister may issue a Hollister merchandise credit.
To make a return in-store, bring the item and original receipt or order confirmation to any Hollister location.
To make a return online, use the label provided in your package or initiate the return online to receive a return label via email. If you use the label Hollister provides, a $7 return fee will be deducted from your total refund. If you use your own return carrier, you are responsible for covering the return shipping fee.
